what is nutritional therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is about creating a plan that works for you!

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) I have been trained in specific tools to help you assess and manage your body for nutritional deficiencies and provide a bio-individual plan to help support your body. My goal is to get to the root cause of nutritional imbalances and deficiencies, and work alongside you in order to correct them. I look at the six Nutritional Foundations (nutrition, digestion and elimination, blood sugar regulation, fatty acids, mineral balance, and hydration) and work with you to bring them back into balance.

Through my personalized nutritional therapy services, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to achieve your health goals—often combining the practices of nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations.

I am excited to also be able to offer Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) testing. See the Services page and find out how this test can help you better balance your minerals and eat foods that work best for your metabolism.
